21st November Chaine Lunch 1230pm
Amuse bouche Jerusalem artichoke potage, walled garden succotash, truffle paté, duck liver
1st course Arepa, Zoe’s beetroot sambal, bergamot labneh, puffed wild rice
2nd course Broken burnt leek risotto, scallop, whipped chicken fat miso, chicken dashi, tarragon
3rd course Wiltshire chicken, mushroom, hazelnut and pistachio gala pie with Scottish chanterelles, baby onions, smoked bacon, and a sauce vin jaune
4th course Dark chocolate torte, plum and white chocolate ice cream, hazelnut crumb, plum caramel, mint oil
